Jenny, an esteemed member of the Klein Insurance team since 2010, assumes the pivotal role of Agency Manager, where she manages the seamless functioning of day-to-day operations. With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence, Jenny diligently oversees operational processes, ensuring that our valued clientele receive the unparalleled service they rightfully deserve.
In addition to that, Jenny also spearheads the recruitment process, strategically integrating new talent into our dynamic team. Her adept management dives further into the meticulous maintenance of our management systems, ensuring that our data remains current and accurate. Furthermore, Jenny diligently manages the General Ledger, underscoring her multifaceted contributions to Klein Insurance's financial integrity.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Jenny finds solace and fulfillment in her roles as a devoted wife and mother to her two beloved children. In her leisure moments, she indulges in a variety of enriching activities, including immersing herself in reading, practicing yoga, and going for outdoor runs. Her family enjoys the companionship of Flash, their beloved Miniature Schnauzer, a cherished member of their household.

Amber Sandmeyer
Agent
Amber joined the Klein Insurance team in October 2015, bringing with her a wealth of expertise in various lines of insurance, with a primary focus on Medicare. Hailing from Eagle Bend, she maintains strong ties to her rural upbringing and continues to reside on a hobby farm. Graduating with a degree in Applied Psychology from Mayville State University, her academic pursuits were underscored by a specific interest in Gerontology, a passion that resonates deeply within her role at Klein Insurance. Amber's commitment to assisting clients stems from her genuine enjoyment of solving the intricate puzzles presented by Insurance, ensuring that each individual finds the optimal coverage tailored to their unique needs.
Beyond her professional endeavors, she finds fulfillment in spending quality time with her family, indulging in cinematic and literary pursuits, attending concerts, and nurturing her connection with her animals, particularly her cherished flock of chickens.
Neola Jasmer
Accounting Specialist
Neola has been with Klein Insurance all the way back to April 12th, 1976! At that time, current owner Chris was three years old. She has worked with Insurance since 1952, upon graduation. Neola oversees the accounting, banking and record-keeping at Klein Insurance. In her free time she loves to sew, shop, mow lawn etc. Neola has four children, sixteen grandchildren and twelve great- grandchildren. She also loves dancing to Big Band music, classic country, old time polkas, waltzes etc. and still lives on the farm where she was born in Todd County.
Abby Kneisl
Customer Service Representative
Having transitioned from a background in the Veterinary field, Abby brings a newfound enthusiasm for the realm of insurance to her role. Driven by a genuine passion for continuous learning, she embraces the opportunity to delve into all aspects of insurance with zeal and dedication. Abby places a premium on interpersonal connections, finding fulfillment in the opportunity to meet and assist new individuals. She approaches her work with a steadfast commitment to serving customers to the best of her abilities, prioritizing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
Outside of the professional sphere, Abby treasures moments spent with her husband, son, and two lively Labrador retrievers. Embracing an active lifestyle, she gravitates towards outdoor activities, relishing the company of her family and friends in leisurely pursuits.
Ashlynn Busch
Customer Service Representative
Ashlynn joined the Klein Insurance team in December 2023, taking on the role of Customer Service Representative. Her primary focus lies in providing excellent assistance to our clients. Ashlynn’s strives to continually expanding her knowledge in the field of insurance driving her professional growth. Coming from Lindstrom, MN, Ashlynn brings a background in Horticulture to our team, showing her versatility and adaptability.
Outside of the office, she dedicates her time to gardening, hunting, camping, fishing, and spending time with family and friends. Married and a mother of two young boys, Ashlynn's commitment to both her professional and personal life is evident. Ashlynn's many interests and strong work ethic make her a great addition to the Klein Insurance team.
